 Born in Manila on September 26, 1955. A native of Meycauayan, Bulacan. Friends call him “MAC”. Married to former Celicidad Erolani with two daughters- Christine and Maica and a son – Joseph. Interests include golf, swimming and listening to music.
Mac is a Green Archer all the way. Graduating elementary and high school in La Salle Greenhills. He graduated high school with honors, ranking 19 in a class of 330.
He took up Bachelor of Science in Commerce-Accounting major was a in the Dean's List in five out of 8 semesters. He was also a member of the Jose Rizal Honors Society during his Third year.
Took the 1976 CPA Board exams and passed and took his Masteral in Business Management in the Asian Institute of Management from 1978 to 1980.
Mac was first admitted to Rotary on June 1992 by the Rotary Club of San Juan North with a classification of Savings & Loan Banking.
